Deutsche Telekom has used GSMA Network Settings Exchange (NSX) to improve operational efficiency, reduce onboarding issues and support a better customer experience. NSX gives operators and MVNOs a secure, centralised way to share up-to-date network settings with more than 820 device manufacturers, helping smartphones, IoT modules and other connected devices connect reliably across their networks.
By replacing manual, bilateral processes with a standardised online hub, NSX makes it easier for manufacturers of all sizes to access and implement the latest settings. This helps operators keep pace with 4G, 5G, eSIM, IoT, MVNO and private network growth while reducing customer complaints and churn.
